This house had been very well taking care of but had not been touched structurally or mechanically for over 20 years. We produced full architectural drawings and a decorative scheme and delivered a refurbished house that was practical for the new owners a dynamic family with two very small children. We panelled or papered all the rooms to give a consistently interesting backdrop to their ever growing art collection and installed a large kitchen and play area for the children at ground level.
